Marketplace for Polish RES projects built and run by HWW law firm

TransakcjeOZE.pl was built by HWW Hewelt Wojnowski Lindner i Wspólnicy — a Warsaw law firm specializing in Polish energy law (recognized in Rzeczpospolita XXIII Law Firms Ranking 2025). Every offer is moderated by HWW lawyers; NDA and data room prepared under legal supervision.

The formal operator of the platform is Foundation EFET — a legal vehicle owned and controlled by HWW (Aleksandra Lindner, HWW partner, is EFET's founder and President). Polish Bar ethics rules prevent law firms from being commercial platform operators directly; the foundation structure resolves this constraint. The platform is run by HWW.

Legal certainty built-in

Operator (Foundation EFET) uses HWW as its standing legal advisor for all platform operations: regulatory compliance (DSA, RODO/GDPR, P2B), NDA standardization, document moderation. Users may engage HWW or any other firm for transaction support.
